Timothy Gaus, AIA, is a hands-on Principal Architect, with 25 years experience in the design and management a wide variety of commercial, governmental, and institutional projects. Mr. Gaus has designed more than 1,000 successful projects in 11 states, and is currently licensed to practice Architecture in 7 states.

In the private sector, Timothy Gaus, AIA, specializes in the design of restaurants, medical & professional offices, and mixed use commercial facilities. In the public sector, Mr. Gaus is a recognized expert in the design of public safety facilities.
