| Sam Sylvain serves as IT Manager for TGAIA, and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the firm's computer and communications platforms, including:
- Architectural design, office and graphics applications .
- In-house and virtual private networks.
- Computer conferencing capabilities.
- System upgrades, backups and maintenance.
- Bookkeeping support.
Outside of TGAIA, Sam provides computer consulting to other firms and individuals, and is a partner in a local film production company.
