Lysher has been an integral part of the TGAIA team since 2005 , and provides AutoCad drafting and design support for commercial projects of all types.

Lysher is currently involved in design and production of various restaurant projects, including several Urban Flats locations throughout Florida, as well as Atlanta, Nashville and Richmond .  Other projects have included the The Law Offices of Keating & Schlitt in Orlando, The Health Law Firm in Altamonte Springs, and Dr. Ron Achong's Oral & Facial Surgical Arts facility in Cleremont.

Lysher currently holds an Associate of Arts degree from Seminole Community College, and will soon receive an Associate Degree in Architectural Design and Construction.  Her future plans include pursuing a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of South Florida .

Lysher's other interests include golf, movies, and family ties.  She hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico, and has been living stateside since 2000.
